Composites: Better, Faster and Easier

Hamilton, DDS, James C.
Ann Arbor
Clinical Associate Professor (Ret.), University of Michigan, School of Dentistry

By using new materials and techniques, dentists can easily reproduce natural anatomy with minimal shaping, finishing or polishing. With experience in using these new techniques, one can expect that no finishing, polishing or adjusting will be necessary in 40 percent of posterior composite placements. Time saving techniques will be taught using clinical cases illustrating placements of Class I, II, III, IV and V composite restorations along with temporary veneers, fractured teeth and restoring canine guidance. Upon completing of this course, the participant will understand when and how to use easily constructed custom matrixes to quickly restore all class of composites.

This course is a repeat of C07.
